Work on the mixed-use building at 101 North Park Street in downtown Traverse City is nearing completion. The 70,000-square-foot structure will include commercial space and upper-floor condominiums. Realtor Lynne Moon of Real Estate One said last week that tenants in the new building should be announced within the next few weeks.
