Tom's Food Market opened its new store in Interlochen Monday, where a grand opening is set for April 20. It's the seventh store for the local grocery chain that dates to 1946. The new store spans more than 40,000 square feet and will have approximately 80 employees. "It's very nice- very clean and well-organized," first-day shopper Jamie Slater of Interlochen said. "I think a lot of people are really going to like it."
